Movin on....

All is well here.  I'm having my house remodeled and haven't been to the gym all summer.  Currently dealing with aggravating heel pain.  Doing to the foot doc tomorrow to see what is really wrong and what I can and cannot do to heal this heel.

Until then, here is a picture of flowers to lift our spirits.
